A Victorian gold, onyx and diamond locket, the oval locket with an old European cut and rose cut diamond set applied star motif, with gold and enamel bale, circa 1880, length 7.0cmCondition Report: Overall the locket is in a good wearable condition. There are a couple of minor nicks/chips to the enamel on the bale. The locket shuts securely. There is one small chip at the top of the locket near the bale. There is no evidence of repair to this item. In our opinion the diamonds are all original to the piece. The principal diamond measures approximately 5.4mm diameter. We cannot measure the depth of the diamond but estimate this stone to be approximately 0.60 carats.

An emerald and diamond ring, the single cabochon emerald in collet mount with diamond eight stone tapering shoulders and hoop, stamped 750, ring size MCondition Report: The diamonds are all in a good condition with no signs of damage. The diamonds are generally bright and well matched, though two of the larger diamonds next to the emerald on one shoulder have a milky appearance. The emerald measures approximately 8.5 x 7.0 x 4.6mm.

Some discolouration/tarnish to the woven chain near the clasp. Necklace a little kinked in places, and one link loose at an edge. Topaz to clasp is loose, some of the claws require attention and stone requires resetting. A small nick to this topaz.

The ring is in a good wearable condition. No evidence of previous repairs. Mount is in good condition with only very minor surface marks. No signs of wear to claws, stone appears secure. There are some very minor abrasions to the facet junctions of the tourmaline, visible under 10x magnification, but no larger chips.
