A very rare George Tinworth for Doulton Lambeth stone ware model of Henry VIII seated, the base inscribed 'One who found marriage a failure and liked it to be so', height 10.8cm, incised GT monogram, impressed factory mark. (See illustration) Condition Report: The figure has no cracks or chips and has an impressed mark to the back below the Doulton mark. Height 10.8cm.
