Large multiple-sheet vellum indenture dated 12th March 1656 , detailing the sale from Richard and John Stone to Rober Dicer, of the Ancient Manor of Gatesbury and Upphall, together with its mansion house and giving a very detailed listing of the many individual pieces of land as well as woods, etc, with two seal tags, one retaining a perfect large pendant wax seal, together with another similar vellum indenture also from the 1650's that appears not to have been ratified, and also a paper bond of 1660 with two wax seals attached (3)
