Interesting Photograph Albums and Artifacts Linked to Service in HMS Hermes Partly on the China Station in the late 1930's. Images include very clear pictures of the Carrier and many of her aircraft, others wrecked or crashed, also scenes at port in China and on shore. These include local people, street sellers, junks, rickshaws, naked children at play, Great Wall. Also photographic postcards of Hong Kong (2 duplicated). Together with Girls photographed by "Sun Studio" in Western Dress "Miss Mindonoo" for Seventh annual beauty show 1933, Manila. At the end of one of the albums a series of 10 photographs show the Graf Spee scuttled (1939). Other items include small wooden bound bible named to crew member of HMS Ajax, Chinese ornament with sprung compartment?, together with loose photographs, some with Chinese interest.

There is a crack to the back of the body, running from the dress neckline down through where the screw on the back is and onward to the bottom edge rim. There is also an edge section missing from the front part of the base plate.

Zip of dress needs replacing.
