Basically GC for age (some wear to velvet, mostly at back, patches of sequins missing from star and crown)

J. Cuthbert, and with a staff officer's gold/crimson aiguillette; and a Brigadier General's universal pattern blue frock coat with staff buttons (Geo V cypher), General Officer's shoulder-cords with crossed Sword and Baton in silver embroidery, and ribbons of the CB, Egypt Medal 1882-9 QSA, KSA and Khedive's Star Colonel G. J. Cuthbert CB, late Scots Guards, is shown as Commander 4th London Infantry Brigade in the 1914 Army List.
