Charlie Bears Isabelle Collection Thumbelina and the King of the Fairies teddy bear set, from the Fairytale Series, SJ 562627, 2017, LE 91/200, designed by Isabelle Lee, comprising pair of teddy bears, with certificate and swing tags. Thumbelina is made from short pile winter white mohair, with hand stitched nose and paws; she can stand unaided, wearing pale blue and white dress. The King of the Fairies is made in light blue mohair, with hand stitched nose and paws, wearing elaborate outfit with sparkling wings, carrying sword. Complete with two bags (sealed) and original box, which is in Good to Good Plus condition due to storage wear and two large marks on the lid, Thumbelina 10.5"/27cm and King of the Fairies 11"/28cm, both Near Mint to Mint.

With an accompanying letter dated 1881 describing the owner of the collar and cuffs to be Sir Thomas Fowke the Great Grandfather of the letter's author, together with two 19th century lace christening gowns, embroidered crinoline sample with an accompanying letter claiming it to be from a dress belonging to Jennie Graham (1724-1805), and a cased set of seven mother of pearl buttons.
