A 9CT GOLD, SAPPHIRE AND WHITE STONE CLUSTER RING having a stepped circular arrangement of round cut sapphires and white stones, marked 375, ring size N-O. 4grams; sold together with a pair of yellow metal and sapphire earrings of stylised foliate form with four claw set small sapphire brilliants, unmarked but testing as 9ct gold, 1grams; also two gold coloured dress rings with adjustable sizing.

A GROUP OF THREE CONTINENTAL PORCELAIN FIGURES the first formed as a young couple in 18th century dress, the male holding fruit in his garments, the female a sickle, all decorated in polychrome and raised on an oval gilt scrolling base with pseudo gold anchor mark to reverse. 17.5cm(h; sold together with a pair of seated figures, male and female in period attire the male holding a flower basket, the female a hat, each on a circular flower encrusted rocaille base, pseudo gold anchor mark to reverse. 14cm(h)
India – a rare stereo view photo of Sikh Soldiers circa 1914. A scarce image of Sikh soldiers in traditional dress chanting hymns c1914-1915 France during the Great War – 7ins x 3.5ins titled – ‘Sihks singing religious chats outside their billets’. The central figure can be clearly seen reading from a Sikh prayer book also known as Gutka. Over 138000 Sikh soldiers fought in France and Belgium during World War 1 and more than a quarter became casualties. Such images are highly sought after and an almost identical image exists in the India Office Library.
