Gold Russia braid edging to cuffs and shoulder straps. Lining now replaced by OR’s serge lining but retaining tailor’s label to G Lodge June 1913. Repairs to armpits. All buttons removed. Together with post 1953 Army Catering Corps OR’s khaki service dress tunic and shirt ... Pair blue and white checkered Food Handler’s trousers ... Dark green mess waistcoat. 6 items. G Lodge appears as a Lieutenant in the East Surrey Regiment in the 1914 Army List. He is shown as a Captain in the same regiment in 1922.
