FLEMISH OLD MASTER OIL ON WOOD PANEL, C. 1550, H 10 1/4", W 6 1/2", "MARY OF BURGUNDY" Depicting a young lady holding a covered vessel, adorned with jewels and wearing an elaborate turban style head-dress. Unsigned and framed. Verso having a stamped 'H' in black (see photo detail); incised compass on the top right edge. Ex. Collection Edward F. Fisher, Detroit Michigan (of Fisher Body). As viewed under UV light in the unopened frame: exceptional quality and detail; c. 10% to 15% spotty overpainting (generally small flecks) including, but not limited to, the following areas: face, neck, upper chest, both hands, body and hair; overall stable, very fine craquelure; c. 5 1/2" long scratch going from the edge of the painting and her right shoulder up into her forehead (see photo details); holes on verso at top; wear, etc. to areas beyond image; modern outer frame. - For High Resolution Photos visit Dumouchelles website.

A MIXED BRUSSELS & POINT DE GAZE LACE TEA DRESS A beautiful vintage dress in Edwardian style. Made up from needle run lace worked on a fine white tulle. The bodice has a Bertha collar of Brussels point de gaze lace running from the shoulders across the front of the dress. Crocheted lace attached under the arms and various bits of fine white worked lawn around the hem, creating a gorgeous white wedding dress. 32" x 28" (1)

A 1930'S LACE EVENING DRESS WITH BOLERO JACKET A fabulous black and white floral lace evening gown. Machined cotton lace with a vintage weight, inserts of white floral lace, shaping the dress to fit the body. A plunge back line with satin piping falling to a full skirt of folds. Lined in black silky rayon. There is a nice stretch to the fabric. (Not stretched) Bust 34" x waist 32". The bolero jacket is unlined with flared sleeves and satin piping down the front. A 1930'S FLORAL CHIFFON TEA DRESS A beautiful shabby chic chiffon floral dress from the 1930's. The black chiffon has a classic pink, yellow and green floral print with diamond cut sections to create the pretty folds from the waist. The dress is lined in heavy silk, giving the chiffon plenty of weight. the bolero is unlined, has long sleeves with cuffs, no buttons, ties at the front and the front fabric is damaged. Bust 30" Waist 34". (2) The dress is in good condition slightly frayed at the seems, easily sorted.

A CIRCA 1890'S SILK BUSTLE DRESS Splendid height of the fashion mauve coloured water silk bodice with lace detail on wide bell shaped sleeves. Peplum pleated waist, original buttons, boned bodice with inner fastening belt. 34" Bust x 24" Waist. The full skirt with double flounces of lace and bows, fastened at the back with an extension of fabric, possibly the original owner was in her confinement. there is a little pocket, hidden. The skirt has a hidden pocket and is lined in silk gauze, hand stitched throughout. Good condition (2)

Fastened at the front with 13 original woven buttons, Sleeves cut to the curve of the arm and finished with cuffs and 5 buttons. The skirt has bands of pleats and bustled at the back. The bodice is boned with cut to the elbow long sleeves, embellished from the shoulders, round the hemline and the cuffs with glass beads. Fastened down the front with hooks (the eyes missing). The skirt is fastened at the back with hook and eye. And an underskirt. Bust 33" x Waist 27". (3)

TWO BEAUTIFUL 1930'S SILK NIGHT GOWNS An exquisite Chinese damask silk gown with embroidered crepe de chine scalloped down the centre of the gown. The triangular cut out edge has been piped with stitched silk. The two sides brought together with a small button and toggle held in place with coiled silk detail. Bust 30" (tiny mark). A further moss crepe silk night dress with a collar and hem of cutwork and embroidery. Cut on the bias with diagonal panels and seams. Bust 34" x Length 58". Good condition. (2)

A CIRCA '1867' VICTORIAN TWO PIECE SILK BUSTLE DRESS Heavy dark blue taffeta silk two piece costume, hand sewn tailored jacket with original buttons on a triple breasted front. The sleeves cut to the curve of the elbow with pretty detailing at the cuff. The seams are piped and the jacket lined with an inner belt. The skirt bustled with frills and bows fastened at the waist with poppers and hook and eye. With a purple silk sash/scarf. Waist 22". (3)

A 1930'S COUTURE DRESS & WOOL COAT ENSEMBLE A crimson crepe silk floral dress, beautifully fitted, cut on the bias with high waist, v neck with jabot fastened across the neck with hook and eye. Two high shirred pockets. Fastened at the waist with poppers. Embellished at the hem with leaves of fabric. Bust 34" x Waist 26". Good condition. The coat is made from black crepe wool with an open cape top. Fitted sleeves to a vent at the cuff and faceted glass button. The front of the coat is fastened from the waist with three faceted glass buttons, two side pockets and lined fully with matching floral crepe silk. Waist 26" (two small holes)(2)

Beautifully tailored to fit the the body, pulling in at the waist and falling into folds to the ankle. Pretty sleeves, peter pan collar, padded shoulders. There are no openings, a bit of stretch in the fabric, a tie belt. 32" Waist x 28" Waist x 55" Length. Tiny damage. (1)
