Three 1950s to 1960s dresses, including heavily pleated beige dress with belted waist and huge Mother of pearl buttons (one missing) chartreuse coloured wool faux two piece dress with braided detail and brown and charcoal slub cotton or cotton blend abstract floral wiggle dress with gathers to sides and half belt to back, larger sizes.
A superb 1930s Art Deco two piece outfit; comprising skirt and blouse, both skirt and blouse having the most amazing multi coloured glass beadwork throughout, cotton tulle skirt is fully lined with a short Aero side zip and is incredibly heavy, a few nips to hem and a few loose beads, otherwise surprisingly good and strong, to the liner there is a Binns Limited label, Sunderland (later absorbed by House Of Frazer), blouse is sheer with the same beadwork to collar and lapels gathering into beaded decoration to centre bodice, both items a medium size, a historical addition of straps and potentially a velvet band of similar era, have been added to the waistband so as to be worn as a dress, no alterations, other than this seem to have occurred. good condition, a few grazes to bodice, a few areas of loose beads and some holes to lower part of skirt near hem, inch or so of loss of shirring to shoulder of blouse. see pics.

Royal Hampshire Regiment Brigadier’s Mess Dress Tunic, scarlet cloth short pattern mess dress tunic with black velvet collar having brocade tress to the collar and down the front. One of the two knotted shoulder straps present, with bullion rank insignia. Anodised regimental button to shoulder. Accompanied by another, earlier mess dress tunic of the Hampshire regiment with yellow facings, bullion collar / lapel badges and regimental buttons. Both remain in generally good condition. 2 items

WW2 American 15th Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Service Dress Tunic, fine example of a four pocket American WW2 officers service dress tunic with pin back metal pilots wing above medal ribbon bar. Gilt metal winged propeller lapel badges, silvered rank oakleaves to the shoulders and gilt tunic buttons (one missing to the bottom front). Interior with Washington D.C tailors label, interior pocket with name and date 1944, name not clear. Complete with fixed waist belt. Generally good condition.

Stainless steel blade etched with anchors, eagle, stars, U.S.N., etc. Star of David proof mark. Gilt brass hilt with pierced guard with acorn and oak leaf designs and letters U.S.N. Eagle and star decorated pommel. Wire-wrapped imitation sharkskin grip. Condition: Near mint. Allegory of Charity " Magnificent high relief in polychrome carved wood enhanced with gold. Superb carving work for this high relief representing the 17th century Allegory of Charity. The Virgin, dressed in a long red and gold dress, offers her breast to the child. The idea of charity is traditionally represented by a young woman surrounded by many young children, one or two of whom she is breastfeeding.
