(1882-1934) was the second son of Viscount Esher. He was educated at Eton and at the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, where he received the sword of honour. JOSEPH LORENZL FOR GOLDSCHEIDER; a large and impressive figure, 'The Butterfly Girl', decorated in shades of yellow, blue and pink, on a black oval plinth base, factory marks and impressed number 5235261065 to the underside, height 46cm.Condition Report: Light glaze crazing throughout the figure, and to the legs, there is a vertical hairline crack which terminates from the top of her right arm and runs down the wing dress, approx 11cm in size, this does go through to the front and is only visible to the back of the figure, there is a pin head glaze flake to the oval plinth base and the odd minor light scratch. A couple of small nicks to two of the finger tips.
