A Late Victorian Silver Dressing Table Set, Samuel Jacob, London 1898, decorated with a courting couple in 18th century dress amongst scrolling foliage and ribbons, comprising: tray; circular pot and cover; mirror; four brushes; a button hook; and a shoe horn, the tray 26.5cm wide, weighable silver 12.5ozt (9)All engraved with monogram. All pieces marked. Some loss to details in places through cleaning, particularly the high points of decoration. the glass to the mirror has a couple of chips to egde. The tray with some small splits in the rim. Corrosion to button hook and shoe horn steel parts.

A Set of Three Old Cut Diamond and White Enamel Dress Studs, total estimated diamond weight 0.30 carat approximatelyThe dress studs are in good condition, there are no losses noted to the enamel. They are stamped '18CT' and in our opinion would test as gold. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I, clarity VS2/SI1. Gross weight 4.2 grams
A mixed group of WWII period and later military dress including two green combat shirts, a khaki bush jacket and blouse (label to jacket with broad arrow stamp), a pair of blue dress trousers (label to trousers with broad arrow stamp), a matching blouse and cap with RAF badge and buttons, also a pair of green padded trousers with internal stamped label in Cyrillic (8).
COPELAND; an Art Union of London Parian bust after Mary Thornycroft 'Alexandra' portrait bust raised on socle base, height 39cm. CONDITION REPORT: P&P within the UK for this lot would be £18 + VAT. Some lateral movement to base/stand with chips to top section of base and two hairlines to foot rim beneath 'Thornycroft' - possibly firing. Chips to bottom left and right corners of 'Alexandra' section, further cracks around bust detail and top top fold of dress right shoulder, again possibly firing, another between chin and neck, otherwise some surface dirt and discolouration.

A 1796 pattern heavy cavalry dress sword, with wrythen moulded pommel and knuckle guard, leather grip, shaped shell guard and engraved blade, inscribed 'GR' beneath a crown, length of blade 82cm. Surface of the leather is missing in parts, general light tarnishing to the metalwork. The very end of the pommel may have a small repair or an unsightly circular section of weld, light pitting to the blade slightly obscuring the engraving.
A 1796 pattern volunteer's dress sword, with wirework grip, embossed pommel, hinged guard and tapering blade with traces of gilt engraved detail, inscribed 'Reddell & Bate', length of blade 80cm. The very end screw cap of the pommel is replaced, general surface wear to the raised parts throughout. Some tarnishing to the guard, pitting to the blade which is disguising the decoration and with a few nicks. Indistinctly inscribed '?? Volunteers' to the blade.
A late Victorian light infantry officer's dress sword, with wirework shagreen grip, pierced knuckle guard and engraved blade, in metal scabbard, length of blade 82cm. A black finish and heavily tarnished guard and pommel. Heavy wear to the shagreen and losses where it meets the back of the hilt. Pitting throughout the blade obscuring some of the decoration, noticeably worse to the top end and some heavier degradation to the blade, heavy pitting to the scabbard.

A 19th century dress sword, the ornate brass grip and guard with foliate engraved decoration to a slightly tapering blade stamped 'By Appointment Brown & Son 10 & 11 Princess St Hanover Sq London', the reverse decorated with a stylised horse's head above four interlocking stirrups, and with brass mounted leather scabbard, length of blade 81cm. The brass work has some light surface wear but overall in good condition. Light pitting to the blade with some heavy pitting to the end section.
