A George V officer's dress sword by Henry Wilkinson of Pall Mall London with pierced knuckle guard bearing Royal cypher, shagreen and wirework grip, housed in a leather covered scabbard, 99.5 cm long overall CONDITION REPORTS This piece may be packaged for collection by courier. Commission bids may be sent by email. Scabbard in poor condition with stitching loose or missing pretty much throughout and tape holding it together to the centre. The blade is basically sound though with areas of rust throughout. See images for further detail. The grip and knuckle guard again with wear and tear conducive with age. Blade does not appear to be bent out of shape. Pommel does not appear to have any jiggle. Wire grips appear intact though slightly bent in places. See images. Scabbard 83 cm long. Blade 81.5 cm long. Length overall of sword 97.5 cm.serial number 52542.

A Victorian needlework panel depicting a couple with two dogs, housed in a rosewood veneered frame, together with a Victorian needlework panel depicting a couple, the gentleman with a staff, in gilt frame and a 19th Century Oriental silk work panel depicting floral spray, together with a further needlework on silk depicting a young woman in 18th Century dress CONDITION REPORTS Picture of couple with dog - frame has some losses particularly to the right-hand side as well as scratches and the joints are open. The wool work is worn in several places. Floral Silk - Has some fraying to the edges, creasing, pinhole marks and some discolouration throughout. The Shepherd and Shepherdess - Some wear to the wool work, discoluration and some holes, frame is chipped in areas. Silk Lady - Has some deterioration especially to the top, Thunder bugs under the glass, faded. General wear and tear conducive with age and use. See images for more details.
