La nobildonna del presente ritratto è pettinata con un tuppè, indossa un busto rosso con trine sulla scollatura, una pettorina o giacca rossa con bordi e bottoni dorati e una sciarpa blu. Pettinatura, e tipo di abbigliamento rimandano a una serie di ritratti realizzati da Giacomo Ceruti negli anni Cinquanta del Settecento (cfr.: Mina Gregori, Giacomo Ceruti, Bergamo 1982, ill. n. 227 e ill. n. 229).
