Folk Art, a pair of Napoleonic Prisoner of War polychrome painted lime wood carvings of ladies carrying baskets of food, both carved from individual single pieces of wood, each having a green bonnet and black plume feather on red dotted canted bases with blue white and red banding indicating the French flag the tricolore, each figure is approximately 12” high, one in a green shawl and light green dress highlighted with dark green ribbon detailing and red shoes and holding her basket in her left hand the other in red shawl and cream dress highlighted with red dots, red detailing and black shoes with basket in right hand also having seagull on base looking upwards to basket, believed by family repute to have been carved at Beccles jail

A pair of early 19th century Derby figures of musicians, he wearing pink and red striped breeches and playing the drum, she wearing a gilt heightened blue dress with a zither, ex-Sotheby's Chester, both with painted marks to the reverse, height approx 27cm. CONDITION REPORT: His right hand has been broken and crudely restored. Also crudely restored at the elbow where it has been broken in two sections. The drum stick has been broken through his fingers in his left hand. There is damage and old repairs to the bocage, losses to the flower heads, a chip to his cloak and flaws to the base. She has had both hands broken and restored, the zither has been broken and restored, some losses to the bocage and flowers, some rubbing throughout.
Four Royal Doulton figures modelled by F.G. Doughty; 3630 "Sweet Anne", and three versions of 3081 "Grandmother's Dress" in different colourways (one restored) (4). CONDITION REPORT: The pink version of Grandmother's Dress has been restored to the neck area, others are in good condition with no sign of damage or repair.

A white metal Art Deco style dress ring, set with eight diamonds, each approx 0.06cts, within a border of tiny rubies, size L/M, unmarked. CONDITION REPORT: Width of top cluster: 12mm. Obvious inclusions to the diamonds. A few rubies are mis-shaped and possibly replaced. Band has been detached from cluster on one side during viewing.
