A impressive Arts and Crafts Suite of Moonstone and sapphire Jewellery. Probably by Bernard Instone. Comprising :- A Bracelet, five oval moonstones of approx dimensions 13mm x 9mm in rub over settings surrounded by silver leaves and twenty five sapphires measuring approx 2.5mm. with box clasp fastening. Stamped silver. Brooch, of circular form with three ribbons of silver joining at the top, five round moonstones of graduating size from approx largest 8.5mm two 8mm, and two 6.45mm in three claw settings, surrounded with leaves and swirls of wire and granulation. Dress clips, of open form each set with four moonstones of graduating size from 12mm x 8.5mm largest to 7.1mm x 6.3mm smallest, and three blue stones approx 5.7mm surrounded with silver leaves. Both with spring and prong type dress clips. Stamped sterling silver. Ring, large oval moonstone of approx 12mm x 20mm in rub over setting, the bezel and shank decorated with foliage, swirls and granulation. Approx size K. Earrings, set with three moonstones two oval and one round each earring in claw settings and two approx 2.5mm sapphires each earring, with a similar leaf and swirl design. For pierced ears. Approx total weight 107.5gms. All items fit into a fitted box apart from the dress clips, which must have been a later edition.

An early Victorian cream dress, the bodice with floral needlework decoration and net skirt with floral embroidered decoration, together with a Victorian black dress, assorted lace, a black bodice with stylised floral decoration, etc. CONDITION REPORTS Cream dress has staining and lots of holes all over, see images. Black dress has splits to seams, some pin size and larger holes especially around button loops, see images.
A Oriental coat, an early 20th century silk and lace wedding dress, a further dress, and a box containing assorted lace, blue garter and negligee CONDITION REPORTS Coat: has general wear and is dirty. There are a few pulls through out, some have been repaired. There is a hole on the bottom edge of one side seam, a section of collar has been together, a section of the back bottom edge has been sewn together into edging. See images. The two dress: both have heavy wear are, badly stained and very fragile. Veils etc: all badly stained and very fragile.
