Fine broad double-edged hollow ground tapered blade with etched blued and gilt panel with crowned regimental badge, retaining most original polish and blued and gilt decoration. There are some minor holes and pulls. The internal fixed petticoat is coming away in places. A 22 carat gold wedding band of plain form, 3.9 g, size L, a circa 1920 18 carat gold sapphire and diamond engagement / dress ring, the central oval cut stone flanked by two smaller stones interspersed by two pairs of smaller diamonds, 3.5 g overall, size Q, together with a 9 carat gold dress ring set with two of three pink stones (one missing), 9.3 g, size N
A platinum mounted ladies dress ring with central oval cut pale blue sapphire, approx 1 carat, flanked by two brilliant cut diamonds, approx 0.5 carat each, 5.5 g overall, size Q CONDITION REPORTS Diamonds .6 cm diameter, sapphire .7 cm diameter. Both diamonds have inclusions though appear to be clear looking fracture marks rather than dark, one with three clear inclusions, the other with two visible. Sapphire has several chips to the outer edge. Stone appears to be slightly milky though this may be dirty. Unknown if any zoning or windows. In our opinion, the diamonds do not appear to have hints of yellow but appear rather clear.
