2 watercolour paintings of the Queen’s Colour and Regimental Colour of The Queen’s Royal Regiment (West Surrey), each finely detailed in full colour, with signature of John Walker, Deputy Inspector of Regimental Colours, College of Arms, 29 September 1958, mounted together, and on the mount detailed pencil vignettes of soldiers of the regiment, in full dress, from the 17th cent to the present day, and at the top a gilt embellished drawing of the regimental badge and mottoes with palm branches, 16½” x 23½”, framed in black with gilt edges. Jones KCB; also 5 cabinet size naval photographs, most identified on the back as post 1875 Lieut wearing Abyssinia and Ashantee medals, Lieut 1880-95, Lieut RNR 1891-1912, Capt 1875 (stained and slightly worn), and another. A boxed H.M. Queen Elizabeth as Colonel in Chief of the Grenadier Guards (set No.2065). Miniatures in case, Charge of the Light Brigade. 2 French anti-aircraft guns and a cotton Red Cross tent and a small wooden WW1 style RAF Sopwith Camel/Pup float plane.
