Barbedienne Foundry (attributed), a large and fine patinated late 19th Century French Antique Bronze "Diane de Gaibes" after Praxiteles, depicting Diana in classical dress fastening a robe and raised on a square base, unsigned, Height 42 cms. Note: The original marble statue, which is now in the Louvre, Paris was excavated in 1792 on Prince Borghese's property at Gabi outside Rome. The statue is attributed to the Greek artist Praxiteles. The statue is since referred to as "Diane de Gaibes" and also known as "Diana Robing".

ATTRACTIVE ART DECO DIAMOND SET BROOCH formed by two dress clips on a frame, of geometric design, set with six principal diamonds totalling approximately 0.75 carats, within a pierced mount with millegrain collet set brilliant cut diamonds, 50x17mm, unmarked Good condition overall, pin is slightly bent, one side of the brooch (one of the dress clips) turns up slightly to one side causing to the clips to slightly misaligned in the brooch frame.
LATE EIGHTEENTH CENTURY DIAMOND AND ZIRCON DRESS RING the central zircon a later addition to an earlier old cut diamond set bezel, the old cut diamonds totalling approximately 0.60 carats, on engraved shoulders, in eighteen carat gold, note: the shank appears to be a later addition with twentieth century hallmarks The zircon has nibbled and scratched facet edges, diamonds all present, some light wear to collets.
