Lladro figure of lady beside pedestal top of head has broken off and is missing and some losses to flowers and foliage and a section of dress broken off and missing. Lladro figure of lady beside a chair, some sections of flowers broken off and missing. Chair and base of figure both appear to have been re-glued. Losses to flower upon the book. The Lladro doves with general wear but appear OK. Tigger with some losses to decoration.
A Victorian Regimental Officer's dress sword, the steel grooved blade with engraved decoration bearing presentation inscription inscribed "Presented to John Crawford Esq., Lieut of The 31st Lanarkshire Rifles, by a few friends of the Volunteer Movement, Feb 1860", with pierced guard and regimental emblem to a wire bound snakeskin grip housed within a brass scabbard CONDITION REPORTS Overall general wear and scuffs. Some light tarnish to blade. Grip with some rusting, tarnish and wear. Scabbard with knocks, dents and scuffs. Length of blade approx 82.5cm.
A 1950's cream silk and lacework wedding dress with all over foliate decoration by Bermans of Piccadilly, size 8/10 (designed by Cecil Beaton and given to his niece Alexandra Hambro for her wedding on June 22nd 1957 to Michael Lamb at Milton Abbey, originally the home of some of the Hambro family), together with a Cecil Beaton studio photograph of the bride CONDITION REPORTS Overall yellow / browned, it gives the impression that the dress was not cleaned after it was used for the wedding, as is more discoloured around the bottom where it was on the floor, around neck line etc. the are also various small dark brown spots throughout the main skirt giving the impression something may have been split on the dress. There is pin head size hole to the back of the dress towards base, needs restoration and cleaning to secure dress
