Ivory with cracking and discoouration in several areas but basically all appear sound with no seriosu damage or repairs - see images for further details

SW", monochrome watercolour of 19th Century London street scene with young girl in white dress in the foreground, a policeman and various figures to the pavement, a pony and trap on the street, a shop advertising sign "J Ford Oil and Colourman Colours Prepared for Painting Varnishes", signed "H & W Greaves" lower left, 44.5 cm x 59 cm CONDITION REPORTS Not dated. The whole appears very grey but this may be due to the monochrome wash. Some small brown spotted marks and some other marks. Glass is very dirty and mount is very dirty. General small signs of wear and tear throughout. Between the policeman and the figure on the left there is a small impact type mark with possible small rip
A Victorian red leather covered lidded box or case, the top inset with a Yorkshire Hussars dress sabretache woven with rose and crown in silver wire on scarlet cloth, within a silver lace border of basket check and velum pattern, 37.5 cm x 30 cm x 8 cm (Provenance: Major Charles Lionel Atkins Ward-Jackson 1869-28 April 1930 educated at Eton, served in the 3rd Yorkshire Regiment from 1891, appointed a Lieutenant in the Yorkshire Hussars 26th May 1897, volunteered for Active Service in the 2nd Boer War late 1899 and seconded to the Imperial Yeomanry 24th February 1900, appointed Lieutenant in the 66th Company of the 16th Battalion, twice mentioned in Dispatches, relinquished Commission in the Imperial Yeomanry August 1901, granted Honorary Rank of Captain after returning to the UK, was appointed Captain in the Yorkshire Hussars 21st May 1902 and resigned in 1907, active during World War I serving with the Yorkshire Hussars in France. Political career - contested Manchester South as a Unionist January 1910 failed to win seat, December 1918 elected as Coalition Conservative for Leominster, holding the seat until the 1922 Election when he transferred to Harrow Constituency in London running as the official Conservative candidate, former Conservative member Oswald Moseley ran as an Independent and won the seat, thereafter) CONDITION REPORTS The box appears to have been made for the sabretache. The red leather on the box is cracked in places, lifting in places, worn in places. Various scratches, scuffs and marks to the edges especially peeling away. A split to the lid and some damage to the lock on the lid. Split to the bottom of the interior. The escutcheon is only held in with one pin so it rotates. There is no key. The sabretache itself has some loose threads, possibly some losses and some white mertal losses also exposing string underneath. Possibly faded in colour. Further white metal losses. The Crown has a lot of loss to the red material and very ripped and in poor condition. All over very dirty. Various scuffs and marks, does not come away from the box. All over various general signs of wear and tear
A collection of Third Reich memorabilia relating to Adolf Hitler, including a paper knife in the form of a Luftwaffe Officer's dress dagger by Solingen, a third Reich 25 year Faithful Service Medal inscribed "Für Freue Dienste" verso, and a section of marble (all retrieved from Hitler's desk in his study in the Führer bunker, removed soon after Hitler's demise and acquired by Wing Commander Ronald Mason,whilst a young RAF Flight Lieutenant in 1945, acquired from a German civilian who had worked in Hitler's office, along with notes for one of the Nazi Leader's speeches (sold by auction in 2000), acquired for a price of 20 cigarettes, sold together with photocopies of various photographs of Hitler and family photographs of Mason from around the time of acquisition in Berlin, circa 1945)
A 19th Century officer's dress sword, the slightly curved blade inscribed ".... King London", the fish skin and wirework decorated grip with pierced gilt brass knuckleguard bearing oval medallion depicting a lion rampant with crown, housed in a brass scabbard (possibly associated), 97 cm overall CONDITION REPORTS The end of the sword is bent to the right slightly, all over grey pitted type marks, some in concentrated patches. Various scratches and scuffs, rust towards the hilt. Patterns/descriptions on the blade all but worn off, hinge is rusty and stiff, metal is tarnished, shagreen handle all but lost to one side. Total length of blade approx 82cm, total length of handle approx. 13.5cm. Scabbard with various dents, blemishes and scratches to the end the sword enters. The opening is bent inwards to one side around half way down a large long pitted type structure, all over both items show various general signs of wear and tear.

A FOLLOWER OF CRISTOFANO ALLORI (1577-1621) "Lady in gold-trimmed black dress with high lace collar and pearl necklace with pearl embellished head-dress, seated" (possibly a lady of the Medici family), portrait study, half length, oil on copper, unsigned, inscribed verso "by Cristofano Allori about 1598", 16.3 cm x 12 cm, housed in a carved giltwood and gesso acanthus decorated frame, bearing inscription "Cristofano Allori son of Alexander Allori born 1577 died 1619" (Provenance: the property of the Raymond Barker family late of Fairford Park Gloucestershire) CONDITION REPORTS Varoous light scratches throughout, some losses of paint to the lower left corner. Deep scratch to her hair, some marks to her face, pitted type marks around her jaw, various small impressed marks. Under natural light the left hand shoulder looks to be retouched. The whole appears milky in complexion under UV light apart from the face and the white lace to the figure. Some red marks popping out on her face - see images. Frame has various cracks, losses, chips etc. All over various general signs of wear and tear throughout - suggest viewing in person
18TH CENTURY ENGLISH SCHOOL IN THE MANNER OF JOSEPH HIGHMORE "Miss Whetham", study of lady in white silk dress with blue ribbon bow, portrait study, half length within an oval, oil on canvas, unsigned, 76 cm x 63 cm CONDITION REPORTS Various crazing throughout and cracking to the paint. Long scratch to the upper left hand side corner and some smaller deeper scratches there. A series of scratches to the right of the sitter. Some further scratches and scuffs. Some small losses of paint in various places. Some brown dotted marks including one to the arm of her dress. The left hand side appears greyed / milky. There is a crease running along the top. Under UV light the whole appears very milky. Various scratches, scuffs and marks and general signs of wear and tear throughout. In need of a good clean. Very browned / yellowed all over. In need of restoration due to the scratches and greyness in colour. Frame with various cracks, losses, chips, scratches and scuffs. All over with various general signs of wear and tear.
