Here an old couple with deformed faces depicted bust-length, the woman wearing a cap and dress with round collar, the man with blown-back long hair, wearing a cloak with narrow collar; after Leonardo da Vinci; first state, before the number '5' added to lower right. Etching by Wenceslaus Hollar after Leonardo da Vinci. Signed upper left 'Leonardo da Vinci inu / W Hollar fecit'. / Dimensions: 7,00 x 10,40 cm / Condition: A very good sharp early impression of the first state. On a dense laid paper with still some ink in the plate border. Condition is very good. A wonderful untouched condition.
