A group of Staffordshire figureslate 18th/early 19th centurycomprising a pearlware group of Vicar and Moses seated at the pulpit, 25cm high; a pearlware Tithe Pig group, 20cm high (repaired); and a model of Shepherd and Shepherdess seated on a rocky outcrop, 24.5cm high (at fault)(3)Condition report: Vicar and Moses- small chip to book on top tier. Evidence of restoration and respraying to the entirety of the reverse of the figure witn some remaining small nibbles to the top of the pulpit.Tithe pig - broken section and chips to bocage. One flower missing. Tree trunk broken and reattached. Further chips/small breakages of foliage on base. Basket handle restored. General wear and some rubbing to enamels.Shepherd group- lots of breakages of bocage branches and leaves. Chip to reverse lower section of Female's dress. Some minor rubbing to green enamels.Please see images.
Mid 19th Century Pencil Etching Of Sir Henry Edward Fox Young17 1/2 x 13 1/2 inch of an Officer in full dress uniform with bicorn hat and holding his 1831 pattern Officer's sword. Signed to the base by the artist, dated 1847 London. Contained in its ornate plasterwork and gilt frame. Sir Henry Edward Fox Young 1808-1870, was Governor of South Australia and Tasmania.
WW2 Period Oil Painting of a Naval Officer 25 x 32 inch, oil on canvas of a RNVR Lieutenant in service dress uniform with peaked cap. Some WW2 medal ribbons showing. Complete in ornate plaster frame. Some minor damage.We have been informed the sitter is Lieutenant Reginald Rendel, oldest son of Commander Herbert Rendel. He volunteered for service in the Royal Navy in 1940 and was commissioned as a Sub Lieutenant in the R.N.V.R. in 1942. He served on the Arctic Convoys, and in June 1944 was part of the D-Day Landings. On 26th August 1944 he was serving aboard H.M.S. Capel, which was torpedoed by the German submarine U-486, he was killed along with 7 fellow Officers, the Captain and 67 Ratings.

Left breast with embroidery Navigator half wing over OBE, 39/45 Star, Atlantic Star with rosette, Defence, War medal with MiD and 1953 Coronation medal ribbons. Anodised, QC RAF buttons. Internal named label ... Matching trousers ... Post 1953 Field Service cap with anodised badge and buttons ... Post 1953 Service dress cap with bullion embroidery, QC badge (complete in postal box) ... 1943 dated, RAF commission ... 1944 dated, 151 Sqn photo ... 1942 Southampton University Air Squadron photo, signed to reverse ... 3 x RAF Staff College photo for 1956, 1963 and 1965. John Joseph Cooper flew with 151 Squadron Mosquitos with his pilot F/O Struthers. 11th Aug flew in Ramrod 161 with other squadrons. March 24 1945 attacked a train near Lippstadt, exploding it and the debris hit their Mosquito knocking out the compass and hydraulics. They crash landed at Manston.
Post 1952 Royal Air Force Officer's Dress Sword by Wilkinson32 1/2 inch, dumbbell blade with wide fuller. Fine etched foliage scroll panels. QC RAF eagle and royal coat of arms. The forte with royal coat of arms "By Appointment To HM Queen Elizabeth II" and Wilkinson logo. Back edge numbered "95953". Gilt brass scroll foliage decorated guard with QC ERII cypher and overlaid cartouche with QC RAF eagle. Eagle head pommel and backstrap. White shagreen pattern grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its black leather scabbard with gilt brass mounts. Complete with gilt and blue line sword knot. Wilkinson records show it was sold on 8th Oct 1969 to "Staleys Windsor".

Royal Air Force RAF Officer's Full Dress Parade Helmet circa 1921-39. .A rare example of the flying helmet-inspired "Busby" headdress by Burberry's. Black chromed leather skull trimmed with black nutria fur. Plaited gold and pale blue cord festoon to front. Black patent leather chinstrap. Bi-metal badge and blue-grey ostrich-feather plume in woven gold bullion socket. Overall GC with slight wear . . . .Full dress was introduced in 1920, the busby followed in 1921 however the badge did not obtain official approval until 26th January 1923. Full dress was discontinued at the outbreak of WW2.
RAF Interwar Air Officer's Full Dress Parade Tunic & Trousers .A rare example worn by an Air Marshal. Blue grey cloth, the collar edged with gold "Vellum" pattern lace and a row of oakleaves in gold embroidery. Shoulder-straps embroidered with Eagle device and a small laurel wreath around the button. Gold bullion embroidered Pilot's Wings on left breast and loop provision for breast Order and Medals. Seven gilt buttons to front and two to reverse at the waist. To each cuff, Air Marshal gold bullion Vellum rank lace. The interior with quilted cotton lining. Minor stitching faults and three small moth holes which when the tunic is displayed does not effect the appearance. ... Accompanied by overall traousers of the correct pattern with gilt lace line.
