A rare pair of Derby figures of Leda and the Swan and Europa and the Bull, c.1765, patch marks, 26.5cm and 27.5cm high, restorations**CONDITION REPORT**The Leda group has average quality restoration to her lower right arm, the top of her right arm, across her chest, to the back of her head and around her neck and shoulders, to the swan’s neck and to the flowing turquoise robe at the rear of the figure. There is a firing crack to the base and some chip losses to the toes on her right foot.The Europa group has average quality restoration to the whole of her left arm, the bull’s left horn and encrusted leaves on its head, to the flowing turquoise robe in all areas, to some of the yellow fringing on her dress and to the bull’s tail.
