A 1796 PATTERN HEAVY CAVALRY OFFICER'S DRESS SWORD, 80cm flattened diamond section blade with short central fuller, regulation copper hilt with boat shell guard, D-shaped knuckle bow, ovoid pommel, ribbed wooden grip, contained in its steel scabbard. Guard loose. While all the characteristics of this pattern of sword are present, there is a possibility that this is in fact a general officer's sword of the same period.

A white metal (stamped plat), blue zircon and diamond set dress ring, size L/M and an 18ct and plat, aquamarine and diamond set ring, size L, gross 8.1 grams.CONDITION: Typical waer around the facet edges of the zircon and minor scratches to the shank. Some waer to the settings of the aquamarine ring. Two of the tiny diamonds each have a tiny nick.
Two early 20th century yellow metal, amethyst and seed pearl set dress rings, including a 9ct heart shaped, sizes H & J, gross 10.3 grams.CONDITION: Oval ring has a small crack to the shank where it joins the ring head and there is small areas of solder on either side of the ring head where the shank joins.
A white metal (stamped plat) and marquise diamond set dress ring with baguette cut diamond set shoulders, size P, gross 3.3 grams, the central stone weighing approx. 0.45-0.50ct, with an estimated colour and clarity of H/I and I3.CONDITION: There are two tiny nicks to the edge of one of the crown facets on the central stone. No depth measurement available as the there is gold solder to the shank directly below the culet.

Original vintage cabaret show poster featuring a fantastic design by the notable graphic artist Rene Gruau (Renato de Zavagli; 1909-2004) to promote Bonjour la Nuit / Hello Night at the famous nightclub Lido on the Champs Elysees Paris for the club's 25th anniversary in 1971, created by Pierre Louis-Guerin and Rene Fraday and directed by Bob Turk with costumes by Folco. Colourful and flamboyant burlesque image of scantily dressed smiling Bluebell Girls dancing in their flowing white feather costumes and sparkly jewellery with gentlemen in top hats as black silhouettes behind them against a dark blue background, the text over the white dress in stylised blue and black letters below. Le Lido opened in 1946; the Irish dancer "Miss Bluebell" Margaret Leibovici (nee Kelly; 1910-2004) founded the renowned Bluebell Girls dance troupe who performed at the Paris Lido from 1947. Original vintage travel advertising poster promoting tourism in Georgia to the ancient port city and resort of Batumi with the Soviet State travel agency Intourist featuring a scenic image of a young lady in a light overall dress and straw hat holding a large basket of freshly picked fruit from a tree framing the top of the poster in front of people enjoying the view from the green grass hill in the foreground towards the Black Sea and the historic waterfront city and Old Town of Batumi behind red flags on a mast, a car and bus driving along the road by the palm trees and a ship visible on the blue water, the bold lettering above and below with the Intourist logo. Artwork by the notable Russian graphic designer Maria Nesterova (Nesterova-Berzina; 1897-1965) who worked on travel posters for Intourist, including a series of iconic Visit the Resorts of the USSR posters. Batumi is now the capital of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara in Georgia.
