A Sapphire Dress Stud Set, comprising a pair of chain linked cufflinks, four buttons and two studs, each set with a round cut sapphire in a white milgrain setting to a cushion shaped engine turned plaque, in a fitted case see illustration The set is in good condition. They are stamped '18CT & PT' and in our opinion would test as gold and platinum. Gross weight 20.0 grams. Condition Report made 26th April 2017.
A Mother-of-Pearl and Diamond Dress Stud Set, comprising a pair of chain linked cufflinks, four buttons and two studs, each set with a round cut diamond in a white milgrain setting to a mother-of-pearl plaque in white octagonal frames, in a fitted case see illustration There is a chip to the mother-of-pearl noted to one half of a cufflink and chipping to the mother-of-pearl to one stud. They are stamped '9CT & 18CT' and in our opinion would test as gold. The cufflinks and buttons are set with round brilliant cut diamonds, the two studs are set with eight-cut diamonds. Total estimated diamond weight 0.25 carat approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour H/I, clarity VS2/SI1. Gross weight 12.4 grams. Condition Report made 26th April 2017.
