QUAD and JEFF BANKS - a pair of fabulous late 1960s/70s vintage dresses both in very good condition. A late 1960s vintage dress by British Boutique QUAD, black with lace trim referencing Victorian style with a high neck, leg of lamb sleeves and split front detail. Approx size 10. QUAD were often inspired by history and their quirky designs were iconic. A 1970s vintage JEFF BANKS smock, peasant dress in ivory cotton, featuring gathered tie front yoke, pockets and gathered sleeve cuffs.
LEE BENDER at BUSTOP vintage late 1960s/1970s crushed velvet tea dress with low cut button front, pointed collar and raglan sleeves. Labelled size 14 and in very good condition.BUSTOP boutique opened in 1968 on Kensington Church Street, London. The collections were all designed by Lee Bender and have since become highly collectable.
