German Fire Brigade Dress Bayonet, of standard form but with stag horn grips as opposed to chequered Bakelite. To the centre of the grip is a small circular aluminium swastika within wreath. Complete with the original black painted scabbard. Blade marked with WKC trade mark to the base. Some light staining to the blade and some surface wear to the exterior handle fittings.

Third Reich Police Officers Dress Sword, with early copper based Police eagle badge set within ebony grip. Sword is housed in the original black painted scabbard with white metal mounts to the top and bottom sections. Plain straight blade with Alcoso Solingen makers trade mark to the base. Original leather buffer pad to the base of the blade. Some light surface staining to the fittings but generally good overall condition.
Selection of WW2 British Officers Uniforms, consisting of four officers service dress tunics and trousers. All are complete with insignia and WW2 medal ribbons to the breast. Regiments include Rifle Brigade, Royal Army Service Corps, Royal Engineers and Royal Indian Army Service Corps. The sets all show some signs of service wear. RIASC example has some buttons missing. English Deputy-Lieutenants Full Dress Silver Lace Epaulettes 1902-1914, scarce pair by John Jones Ltd St. James's Square London, basket-weave lace straps bordered by corded pattern lace, loose bullions, the crescents with applied Union spray badges in gold and silver lace, red velvet cushions to the Imperial crowns, plated finial buttons these with KC/Union spray mounts. Lined with blue moroccan and blue silk, the lace dull and requires slight professional cleaning (2 items).
Polish Podhale Rifles (Mountain Troops) Dress Cap, being a modern issue with bullion crowned eagle cap insignia with metal edelweiss to the centre. Knotted central braid band with metal edelweiss holding feather plume. Complete with the original sweatband and cloth strap. Accompanied by a communist period Polish army officers peaked cap with bullion insignia, other ranks cloth rogatywka field cap with metal eagle cap badge and a modern issue Polish army steel combat helmet with camouflaged net. Attached to the handle is the original bullion wire dress knot and the scabbard has the original velvet backed hanging straps. E&F Horster Solingen trade mark to the base of the blade. Blade shows some very light surface staining. Some plating lifting to the exterior fittings but otherwise good condition.
WW2 Officers Service Dress 97th (Kent Yeomanry) Brigade Royal Artillery, standard four pocket service dress with gilt metal regimental buttons to the front and pockets. Bronze officers collar badges. WW2 service medal ribbons to the breast and embroidered formation sign to the arm. Tailors label to interior pocket with inked name “W HOWE Esq May 1941”. Some evidence of service wear.
Grenadier Guards Post 1902 Officers Dress Cap, of blue cloth with bullion flaming grenade Grenadier Guards cap badge. Thick bullion wire decoration to the patent peak. Thin black chinstrap supported by two brass regimental pattern side buttons. Cap is complete with the original sweatband, having metal initials discs and velvet padding to forehead area. Cap has a couple of areas of moth damage.

Blade retains much of the original polished finish. Some plating lifting to the exterior fittings and paint chips to the scabbard. Elk horn grips appear to have been replacements.

3rd County of London Sharpshooters Imperial Yeomanry, Officers' Gilt & Silver Badge, being a mint example of this very rare badge c1905-1909, in die-cast gilt brass with applied silver scrolls and numerals. ORIGINAL PIN BACK. Though stated to be an Officers' Mess Dress collar badge the pin back in this instance possibly indicates wear on the slouch or side hat.
Kriegsmarine Officers Dress Dagger, with white handle retaining the original grip wire. The fittings retain much of the original gilt wash finish. Standard pattern scabbard with two hanging rings. Handle has remains of the original bullion knot (end section missing). Original single large type hanging strap still attached. Blade is etched with foliage and fouled anchor. Carl Eickhorn makers trademark to the base of the blade. Blade has some surface staining.

PAIR OF UNUSUAL STAFFORDSHIRE FIGURES OF ROBERT BURNS AND HIS HIGHLAND MARY modelled as 'Roby Burns' standing in Scottish dress holding a book and 'Highland Mary' standing in a hooded cape also holding a book, each 33.5cm high Note: These figures have many annotated labels verso, several of these refer to 'Balston, Plate 43, circa 1844' stating that figures of Burns and Highland Mary are only found in large single figures and that these are the only pair to be found on record. Several exhibition labels including 'Granada Television 19.02.1960' and 'Bridgehouse Galleries, Mancester, Feb 8-20th 1960'. Mary Campbell also known as 'Highland Mary' she was the daughter of a sailor in a revenue cutter named Archibald Campbell of Daling. Robert Burns had an affair with her after he felt that he had been 'deserted' by Jean Armour following her move to Paisley in March 1786. The brief affair started in April 1786, the parting took place on 14 May. Her pronunciation of English was heavily accented with Gaelic and this led to her becoming known as 'Highland Mary', Burns dedicated some of his finest poems to her.
