HIH The Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna of Russia - signed and inscribed photograph of The Grand Duchess in black dress wearing a crucifix on chain inscribed in English `In Remembrance of your dear kind visit to your old tenderly loving aunty Ella`. The Grand Duchess became a Nun after the assassination of her husband in 1905. She was murdered by the Bolsheviks who threw her down a mine shaft in 1918. After the revolution her remains were re-buried on Mount of Olives in Jerusalem and she was pronounced a Saint in 1981 by The Russian Orthodox Church
