Batchelor (Roland) - A small group of sketchbooks and notes, one titled ' Normandy 1961' with numerous figure studies and street scenes, watercolours over pen and ink, 8vo, another of ink sketches of heads and figures, a notebook filled with the artist's manuscript intructions on etching, a scrap book of reference images of people with a number of sketches loosely inserted, an envelope containing a small quantity of loose coloured and uncoloured sketches, and a copy of 'Roland Batchelor, water-colours and drawings, a 20th-century view of the human comedy', 1982, by Patricia Jarrett, inscribed with a dedication by the author to the artist ( 6)
