1831 Pattern Scottish Officer’s Broadsword 32 inch, double edged blade with two narrow fullers. Blade with traces of foliage etching. Forte with two wide fullers. Steel basket hilt with double ring quillons and heart and ball pierced hilt panels. Steel, fluted pommel. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Hilt with some repairs and pitting to hilt and blade.
Light Infantry Officer’s Sword 32 3/4 inch, dumb bell blade with central fuller. Traces of foliage etching. White metal guard with KC strung bugle cartouche. White metal, checkered backstrap. Shagreen covered grip with twist wire binding. Contained in its leather covered, field scabbard. Some damage to hilt, pommel nut replaced and tip of scabbard damaged.
