HOWARTH/ Specially Commissioned (sic) by THE QUEEN for QUEEN MARY'S DOLLS HOUSE, framed, plate 35mm by 22mm; together with A HAND COLOURED ENGRAVING OF A CARRIAGE, dated 1769 and inscribed Cartwright Del., framed, 6cm by 11cm. (2)
^ British 1803 Infantry Flank Officers Sword, with damaged brass hilt, lion head pommel and ivory handle with wire binding. Curved blade with just remains of the original gilt etching, heavy surface rusting and some chips from the edge. Housed in its partial original leather field service scabbard with two of the three brass mounts remaining. Blade 72cms.
Elizabeth II 1827 Pattern Royal Navy Officers Dress Sword by Wilkinson, fine example with brass dish guard having fouled anchor with EIIR crown above. Fishskin grip retaining the original grip wire. Lion head top pommel incorporating the back strap. Near mint condition blade with crowned cipher and foliage etching. Wilkinson Sword trade mark to the forte and spine numbered 109986. Housed in its original leather scabbard with brass mounts. Blade 79cms. Excellent example.
