Luigi Rossini (Italian, 1790-1857), pair of large etchings depicting ancient Roman architecture: 'Veduta dello Scavo della Colonna di Foca' (1822), and 'Veduta di Fianco del Campidoglio di Roma' (1819). Together with a similar etching by Piranesi: 'Veduta degli avanzi del Foro Di Nerva'. Folio also contains several scientific drawings.Condition Report: Rossini etchings have some dampstaining and a little wear around edges; Piranesi is backed with paper and very worn/discoloured.
