Kathleen Caddick (b.1937)-Wild grasses, oil on artists board, monogrammed lower right, 23.5 x 23cm. Kathleen Caddick published her first etching in the late 1970s and has become renowned in this medium. Theodore Roussel (Fr.1847-1926)-Cheyne Walk, Chelsea, etching, signed to the plate and margin, 34 x 22cm, and housed in an original penwork decorated frame, and one other-Battersea, London, signed to the plate and in pencil to the margin, 6.5 x 9cm, also housed in original penwork decorated frame (2) Roussel moved to England around 1874 where he become a part of Whistler’s circle and was greatly influenced by him.
