Adriaen Van Ostade (Dutch, 1610-1685), "Angler on a Bridge", original etching c.1670, depicting two figures standing on a wooden bridge fishing the stream beneath them, apparently unsigned, framed. Approximate Dimensions:image h. 4.25", w. 6.25"; frame h. 10.375", w. 12.375", d. 0.75"Condition:Not examined out of frame. Paper is toning with areas of foxing along with a horizontal crease in the top quadrant approx. 4.5". Buckling to paper also visible.
