Kew Gardens by Geogiana M De L'Aubiniere, 1849-1930. A framed and mounted Etching (plate 9 restrike) by King and McGaw, 24 1/2" x 21 1/2". L'Aubiniere studied art in England for many years and was a regular exhibitor at the Royal Academy. She moved to Paris where she studied under Corot and Gerome. She moved to North America in 1882 where she lectured, painted and exhibited. She returned to England in 1902 to live in Cornwall.
