Also the velvet on the mountboard is fading and discoloured and there is also some sort of staining to the edges of the mountboard. There are a couple of black spots towards the lower right of the picture that could possibly be foxing spots or mildew. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.

Entitled to 1914-15 Star, British War and Victory Medals as a Lieutenant. Wounded and issued Silver War Badge.
