A Georgian naval officer's dirk, diamond section blade 8" with floral, laurel wreath, flags and drums etching, ivory grip with swollen ribbed centre section, short crosspiece with ball shaped finials, in its gilt heavily embossed sheath with lion's head supporting shield with trophy of arms, fouled anchor and foliate decoration for its entire length, two hanging rings.
