An Omega de Luxe Constellation Automatic 18 carat Gold Watch, circa 1965, designed by Gerald Genta, with date aperture, Swiss made, 'pie-pan' dial, with fish scale gold strap, automatic chronometer, on the back of the case we find the famous medallion featuring an observatory crowned by a constellation of eight stars (case unopened but probably 18 carat gold,) 74.9g (gross), 32mm diameter, indistinct hallmark on strap end (movement appears to be running). The case back needs removal with special tools and it seemed safer to leave it alone than attempt to screw it off, these watches are fairly consistent in design and quality so leave it to the bidder to satisfy themselves of the condition and specific model.

A fine Regency mahogany cased stick barometer, by Charles Porta, London, circa 1810, with a silvered face, engraved scale from ‘Stormy’ to ‘Very Dry’, with sliding vernier scale, a thermometer offset to the side, and signed ‘Chas Porta, London’, in a case with ‘break arch’ pediment, the body with chequered inlays, over a turned reservoir cover. 98cm high (Care: Contains Mercury. A pair of Anglo-Chinese carved hardwood spoon back armchairs - c.1900, the balloon backs with open rectangular window openings below a substantial upper rail, carved with a crowned, four toed dragon, two smaller long bodied dragons, birds carrying flowers, bats and Shou symbols, within a scale decorated border, the shaped, swept arms carved with further dragons, bats and lion masks, over a later faux-suede upholstered drop-in seat, the seat frame and legs similarly carved, with bamboo borders and feathered lion mask front feet, 60 cm wide, 80.5 cm high.
