A combined Worcester part tea service, c.1775, enamelled with panels of flowers and corn stooks in the Kakiemon palette within gilt panels reserved on a blue scale ground, open crescent or square seal marks. Comprising: a sucrier and cover, a milk jug and a coffee cup and saucer. (5) Provenance: from the collection of Anthony Tuke.

The prints are a smaller format (44cm x 61cm). Four of Ian Orchardson's paintings are recorded in UK Public Collections. Ian Orchardson lived in Saltcoats on the Ayrshire coast where he taught as an art teacher. He then left teaching to concentrate full time on his interest of painting Clyde shipping. He painted a variety of shipping including Steamers and Clippers as well as the series of six famous 'Doon the Water' stops of Dunoon Pier, Gourock Pier, Greenock Pier, Helensburgh Pier, Rothesay Pier and Wemyss Bay.
A 19TH CENTURY DRESDEN TWO HANDLED CHOCOLATE AND COVER with similar scenes under a green scale border, two Dresden quarter lobe cups and three saucers with Watteauesque scenes, German pair of figures of gallant and companion beside pots, a German feeding cup in under-glaze blue and a Sevres style canister.
