Attributed to H Bell & Co, brass folding guinea and sovereign scale, circa 1820, with double turn, within a mahogany fitted case with applied instruction labels to base, 14.1cm, and Thomas Simmons, a plated brass rocker balance, circa 1818-1833, the poise stamped with a crown, to weigh and gauge sovereigns and half sovereigns, within a cap end cardboard case with trade label for `T Simmons, improved sovereign balance, to weight and gauge sovereigns and half sovereigns …`, 9.4cm See Weighing Coins by Michael A Crawforth, page 52, figure 20, for a similar example. Two graduated majolica gurgling-fish pitchers, late 19th Century, probably by Thomas Forester & Son, each modelled as an open-mouthed fish with grey and green scale decoration, on leaf moulded bases, heights approx 23cm and 25.5cm (faults), together with a pair of Wedgwood green glazed leaf moulded plates, two other similar plates and a small collection of other ceramics.

A painted wood scale model of the Tyne bridge, on an oak plinth and with a glazed case, 24.9cm high, 92.5cm wide, 23.4cm deep. The Tyne bridge which connects Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead was designed by Mott, Hay and Anderson. It was officially opened by King George V on the 10th October 1928. Provenance: The part contents of a Wiltshire Rectory.

A pair of Chinese export Mandarin plates early 19th century, the border decorated with cross hatched fish scale style decoration and alternating reserves bearing florettes and scenes of birds in flight, the main panel decorated with a lakeside scene of a family at leisure; together with a similar plate, the border decorated with alternating large and small cloud form reserves inset with floral motifs and outdoor scenes, the main panel depicting a lady being attended to by a maid, 9in. (23.8cm.) diameter. (3)
A very fine pair of miniature Japanese cloisonné vasesof rounded and slender tapering, with short waisted necks, the midnight blue ground encircled by a single, grey-scale dragon with rouge du feu tongue and stylised flames in silver fine-wire cloisons, over a narrow band of red/brown scrolls above the foot rim, encased in original, padded, red-lined wooden box and with circular carved hardwood stands, 3 1/16in. (7.8cm.) high. (2)CONDITION REPORT: In good condition, with no damage or restoration noted.
