A 1/72 SCALE CORGI AVIATION ARCHIVE NO.AA38601, BAC TSR-2, XR219, 1964 the only prototype to fly, boxed. Condition Report : Lacking part of stand; box lid rubbed and slightly faded. A George III silver sugar pail, marks for ‘TW’ London 1771, of tapering form with pierced fish-scale decoration, swing handle and blue glass liner, 9.5cm high, weight (excluding liner) 1.44oztCR; There does not appear to be any splitting or signs of repair to the fish-scale detail on the sides, however the body does show areas of misshaping, some thinning and loss to the scale detail. Base in good order, some marks which look like the beginning signs of splitting, but no large dents or signs of repair. Handle in good order, hinged mechanism in working order, no denting, thinning, splitting or repair. Moderate wear to the hallmarks, particularly the maker's mark. Scratching and wear to silver pail throughout.The glass shows a mid-sized conchoidal fracture to the rim, and a few other small nibbles. No cracks or signs of repair. Scratching and wear throughout.

Japanese shin-gunto, Edo era and later, 28.25in (72cm) blade with 7in (18cm) nakago, signed, the bronze tsuba of lobed form and etched with trailing foliage to both sides, typical knurled-edged seppa, the 10in (25cm) unbound fishskin tsuka (grip) with scale-cast bronze fuchi and bronze floret mekugi, lacking kabuto-gane (pommel).Condition:Lacking scabbard. Lacking kabuto-gane (pommel). Blade showing original patina and surface corrosion to one side, the other polished. Sharp edge bitten towards the tip. Surface rust to nakago. Grip fish skin beginning to lift and separate at the joint with small losses to the other side. Fuchi is loose.
