Of freelance design, scratch built scale model of a 'Hit and Miss' petrol engine, the model uses a buzz coil as an ignition source, and is water cooled, via a brass and copper tank, an auxillary tank has been added to monitor the internal fuel levels, the engine powers 2 heavy spoked 6.5 inch flywheels, the model is engineered and finished with a dark green engine and maroon flywheels, free running and mounted on wooden base, max height 10 3/4 inches, length 11 inches, very nice example in clean order with all expected fittings for this type of engine
From G Gentry and OM Smith later revised drawings, a finely constructed scale model of a ME beam engine, of typical construction with simple cast upright cylinder with Watts parallel motion, to power a large 9 inch spoked flywheel with additional small 3 inch spoked take off wheel to the opposite side, fitted with a working ball governor and hand operated draincocks, the model is free running and finished in dark green, and is fully housed upon a deep wooden base, very well engineered example, base to measure 17"x8"x3" Condition Report / Extra Information Stroke of 6.5cm exactly

Finely built 1 inch scale live steam Burrell scenic Showmans engine, with a single crank compound cylinders, 2 dynamos, 2 deep water belly tanks and worm link steering. Named "Victory" with tin canopy supported on spiralled brass columns for additional detailing. No sliding roof for access to back head fittings, but fittings are as expected. The engine is finished in deep maroon with yellow spoked wheels, livery to read C. Thurstons Scenic Gondolas, fitted with road tyres that are heavily perished. Overall of good construction, no boiler history, appears to have been used for display rather than use
