Signed by pilot George Haye (Suffolk Spitfire), Dave Harvey (Polish Heritage Flight) and Clive Denney (PHF). This kit was a 2024 summer secret release. The Supermarine Spitfire was a British single-seat fighter aircraft used by the Royal Air Force and other Allied countries during World War II. Powered primarily by Rolls-Royce Merlin engines, the Spitfire was instrumental in the Battle of Britain, out-maneuvering German Messerschmitt Bf 109s. It underwent numerous upgrades throughout the war, with various versions suited for different roles, including reconnaissance and ground attack. The Spitfire’s performance and adaptability made it one of the most successful fighter aircraft of the era.
