This attractive C Type with distinctive 'long nose' in Jaguar racing green with RN19 appears to be in Mint condition and was modified by Tim Dyke in January 1989. The detailed model is a Limited Edition numbered 11 of a run of only 20 produced, and comes with hand signed certificate / card. The late Tim Dyke has made a total of 12 modifications / special features to the model which include "Bulbs fitted to headlights"; "Brake drums fitted to wheels"; "Badge to nose (not in kit)" ; Bonnet bulge on moulding removed" and many more. The model comes with documents which detail the history of the car as well as a list of all the modifications made. Marked 'Jaguar C , Made in France, Provence Moulage', and bears the MPH logo to the base. The model is housed in a Mint Provence Moulage cardboard box, with photo etched plaque contained in clear plastic snap bag. MPH Models, Tim Dyke - A boxed MPH Models #897 1:43 scale resin and alloy Bentley 'Embiricos' Le Mans 1949. This attractive model is a Limited Edition number 2 of only 25 produced by the late Tim Dyke in September 1994, and appears to be in Mint condition. The model comes with hand signed Limited Edition certificate / card, and is housed in a plain white cardboard box with MPH branding. The model also comes with an instruction leaflet detailing how to care for the resin model along with a comprehensive document which outlines the modifications / specifications made by the legendary Tim Dyke. These include moulded on internal parts such as window winders, front 1/4 lights; scuttle carpet panels and son on. The level of detail is astonishing so much so that a lot of the intricacies are only visible on very close inspection. The baseplate features MPH Models branding. This stunning looking D Type which was driven by Ron Flockhart and Ivor Bueb in 'Ecurie Ecosse' blue bearing the RN4 appears to be in Mint condition. The Provence Moulage kit was was modified by Tim Dyke in December 1981. The gorgeously detailed model is a Limited Edition numbered 8 of a small run of 20 produced, and comes with hand signed certificate / card. Some of the highly detailed modifications made by Tim Dyke include new steering wheel; redesigned gear stick, and hand brake; satin paint to recreate leather look on seats and similar. The level of detailing is overwhelming, much of which can only be seen under close examination. The model comes with a Provence Moulage leaflet. This highly detailed model has been created by Tim Dyke making some 224 detail changes and improvements including creating a completely new aero screen and re shaping the entire nose section of the body. Provence Moulage - MPH Models - # 231 - A boxed 1:43 scale resin model Lister Jaguar Costin Coupe as raced in the 1963 Le Mans by Peter Lumsden and Peter Sargent. Tim Dyke made 19 detail improvements to this model including fitting individual glazing with yellow tinted side windows, instrument panel engraved and painted and a gear lever made and fitted. The bug deflector screen has become detached from its frame and is missing but the car came with a spare which is in a bag inside the box. Tim Dyke carried out 51 detail improvements to the original kit model to create this highly detailed example. Amongst the changes made were a new three piece laminated steering wheel and steering column created and painted, brake drums created and the windscreen corrected for shape and rake. MPH Models - # 1238 - A boxed 1:43 scale resin model of an Allard J2 as raced at Le Mans in 1950 by Sydney Allard and Tom Cole. Tim Dyke made 271 separate modifications to the original model kit to create this ultra detailed car. His work included changing the number of bonnet louvres to the correct amount and re profiling all of them, creating a new detailed dashboard, casting new side lamps and fitting them with 1.5 mm lenses and much more. Conrad - Cursor - A collection of trucks including # 4113 MAN F2000 truck and trailer in 1:50 scale, # 4120 MAN articulated box lorry, # 4173 MAN VW 8.136 van. The Cursor Mercedes truck is missing from its box but it has two trailers in it. This car number 45 driven by Moynet / Vidilles with its 848 cc air cooled engine was the lightest car in the race weighing just 440 kgs. Tim Dyke made 87 detail improvements to the original Provence Moulage kit to create this model, the changes include internal bulkheads fitting and the dash being remade to have the correct number of holes in the correct diameter and panel lines being filled in and re scribed in the correct places. The attention to detail is a joy. Provence Moulage, MPH Models, Tim Dyke - A boxed Provence Moulage / MPH Models #1135 Cunningham C4R Le Mans 1954 W.Spear / S.Johnstone Finished 3rd at 98.64 mph. This 1:43 scale resin and alloy kit was modified in July 1997 by Tim Dyke, and is numbered 15 of 25 produced by the craftsman, and comes with hand signed certificate / card. In the legendary colour scheme of white with two blue stripes this tremendous looking model appears to be in Mint condition and features the RN2 as well as a host of 195 special features / modifications, which along with the history of the actual car, are detailed within an 8 page document. Special features include "Axles - relocated to the centre of the wheel arches"; "Grille - re shaped"; "Fuel filler - removed and new filler specially cast in pewter" and much more - the detailing on the model is so meticulous that a lot can only be seen under close scrutiny. The baseplate is marked 'Made in France Provence Moulage Cunningham C4R Maquette P.Cornu' and is branded with the MPH logo. The model is housed in a Mint plain cardboard box branded with MPH logos, and also contains a photo etched plaque enclosed in a clear plastic snap bag.
