Art Deco period silver rectangular cased watch, dial with Arabic numerals surmounting minute track and subsidiary seconds dial, fitted with a manual wind 15 jewel movement, marked Swiss made, mounted on a leather strap, and an early twentieth century French pedometer/step counter, white enamel dial with outer scale marked in units of ten to 100, and subsidiary dials, steel hands, the exhibition back revealing mechanism marked Brevet 4867, FL depose and fitted in a nickel case . Watch shows signs of wear and mechanism not functioning at time of inspection.Pedometer appears complete and case with signs of wear commensurate with age. Not tested.
A scale model of the WWII Submarine HMS Tuna, presented to Lieutenant N Travers DSC from The Tiffys, raised on a black wooden base with white metal presentation plaque, 30.5cm long. Lieutenant (E) N Travers was awarded The Distinguished Service Cross in 1943 for his participation in the Destruction of Three U-Boats by HMS Tuna.

Elephant folio with engraved title plate and six engravings by Anthony Cardon, published October 13, 1798 and seven published January 1, 1800 all published by Joseph Ruyssen, each with tissue guard, bound in grey card 75 x 57cm; 29½ x 22½in The Raphael Cartoons were commissioned by Pope Leo X in 1515 and were painted by Raphael (1483-1520) and his assistants as full-scale designs for tapestries for the Vatican~s Sistine Chapel beneath Michelangelo~s recently executed ceiling. They depict the lives of the Apostles St. Peter and St. Paul, founders of the Christian Church.

Maker to His Majesty', above a thermometer, tube and orb-shaped cistern cover with a rounded base,98cm highProvenance: The Estate of a Gentleman Dealer.George Adams Junior is recorded by Edwin Banfield as being apprenticed to his father, also called George, in 1765 and taking over the family business, at 60 Fleet Street, London, on his father's death in 1773. He continued his father's tradition of producing outstanding instruments and became instrument maker to George III and optician to the Prince of Wales. He died in 1795 leaving the business to his younger brother, Dudley.
A Victorian novelty silver box fashioned in the form of an articulated fish, hallmarked for London 1899, with import mark and mark for Theodor Hartmann (agent for K Kurz of Kesselstadt, Germany), having hinged head opening to reveal ovoid form box, the lower lip also hinged, with cast gill cover, scale and fin detail, set rose cut red garnet eyes, length 14.7cm, (115.5g), together with a similar novelty continental silver box fashioned in the form of an articulated fish, stamped ".800", length 12.5cm (56.8g).
