Assembled from a kit by the vendor, complete with certificate of manufacturer dated 1996, number J.A.C 94, assembly instructions, drawings and receipts
Markie precision working model:- A "Scenic" traction engine of 1/10 scale with gas fired livesteam, a superbly constructed model by Tony Pearce designs of Hampshire. Lighting to underside of canopy, lacks two bulbs. The original certificate of manufacture show ref number ARJ 2113 and built in 2003. The original boiler test certificate is dated June 2003. The locomotive comes with the original two wheel gas (water) trailer, condition is generally near mint.

CONDITION REPORT: Generally well preserved collection with just a few sheets with closed tears along folds, small stains, stamps etc.

Original binding a little worn but sound. Pencil scribble on front paste down, fep missing. O/w a generally g - vg copy of a quite scarce title.

Vols.1,2,3,4 & 6. CONDITION REPORT: Most items in reasonably good condition but inspection is recommended.
Northamtoniae Comitatus Descriptio in quo Coritani Olim Insederunt . This is an early map of the county of Northamptonshire engraved by William Kip and based upon the famous survey by Christopher Saxton and published in Camden's Britannia. It is fully engraved to illustrate all the salient features of the county including market towns, rivers, castles, forests, parks, hills, and bridges. The map features a strapwork title and scale cartouches, with the names of the county`s hundreds in a key beneath the title. Hand coloured in outline. Nd. C. 1635. Mounted, framed and glazed CONDITION REPORT: Generally vg.
Photographic Journal / Album of the Voyage of "H.M.S. Egeria, Pacific Station, during Commission, 1908 - 1910" - original photographs taken by "Second Sick Berth Steward, Charles Randall, R.N. A 'tall' hb, qto album featuring accomplished original photographs together with manuscript annotated labels under each mounted ( but loose ) photograph. The photographs feature the vessel itself, members of the crew undertaking various duties, activities and leisure time pursuits; locations visited including Port Simpson, Spicer Island, Refuge Bay, Esquimalt Harbour and Beaver Harbour Indian Village.Footnote.The Egeria arrived in British Columbia in 1898 where she was engaged in coastal surveys for the Royal Navy until 1910, by which time coast surveying responsibilities had been transferred to the Canadian Hydrographic Service. Commander Morris Henry Smyth was in command until Commander C. H. Simpson was appointed in command on 1 February 1900. Egeria was primarily involved in resurveying settled areas of the British Columbia coast to create modern charts on a larger scale. The last survey it conducted was of Welcome Pass off the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. CONDITION REPORT: In very good condition.
