A pair of Worcester Chamberlain period scale blue pattern plates, circa 1780 Each of plain circular form extending to a shallow well, the central circular cartouche filled with blossoming sprays of flowers reserved against an underglazed blue scale ground, further detailed with fan shaped and vignettes detailed in gilt outline and painted with floral designs, unmarked, 23.5cm diameter. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 676 - rubbing to gilding on each, one example with chipping to foot rim.
