A 19th century French ormolu mantel clock garniture, twin train movement numbered 2091 with outside counterweight strike on a bell. The gilt clock case 28.5 cm high is surmounted by a classical urn and with acorn top and set on a shaped white marble base applied with gilt mounts and scroll supports to the side, all on cast adjustable gilt feet, enamel dial floral swags between Roman numerals and brass ringed winding apertures. The two matching gilt two branch candelabra have classical swags and motif set on shaped marble bases and gilt supports
A late 19th Century gilt metal mounted alabaster Clock Garniture, Japy Freres 7580, the urn finial surmounted by a mask medallion over scrolling side supports and raised on a spreading break front base, centred by an elaborate boss and raised on bladed feet to a 3.5" dial with cast gilt bezel and applied Roman numerals with gilt hands, the circular movement with anchor escapement and strike on a bell and flanked by a pair of four light candelabra of similar form, clock height 17", garniture height 20.5", (3)
