A fine inlaid shell cameo brooch in a large foliate setting. The cameo is hand carved from Carnelian shell, into the form of an urn filled with flowers. The urn is carved into inlaid mother of pearl and paua shell, with further adornments in the form of butterflies and a bird also depicted in inlaid paua shell. The dimensions of the piece are approximately 70mm x 60mm. Gross weight approximately 21.8 grams. The metal is unmarked but an indicative test using a KEE conductivity tester indicates for the range of 15 ct gold. The clasp is a c-clasp with an additional safety latch marked REGA P22 1848, and MB to the reverse.

DUTCH SCHOOL (EARLY 18TH CENTURY)A PAIR OF STILL LIVES OF FLOWERS IN URNS Oil on canvas, a pair (2)127 x 88cm (50 x 34½ in.)Condition Report: The canvases of both pictures have been relined, surface cracking across both images, one of them also has areas of flaking along the lower edge and in the left corner. The same picture has broad areas of retouching running in a vertical line along the left hand edge as well as other scattered spots, the largest on the socle of urn. The other one has smaller areas of scattered retouching and the paint seems to be in a more stable condition, minor scratches and abrasions in the varnish layer. They have both been cleaned and revarnished, although old discoloured varnish is still visible. They are presented in late 20th century baroque style composition frames with chips, cracks and losses. DUTCH SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY)A STILL LIFE OF FLOWERS IN AN URN Oil on canvas74.5 x 61cm (29¼ x 24 in.)Condition Report: Measurements including frame 98 x 81 cm. Canvas has had a (heavy) reline, but paint layers appear stable. Some areas of surface cracking. Signs of mould and a discoloured varnish, would benefit from a clean. UV shows signs of scattered retouching as well as a vertical restored tear of approx. 7 cm to the right of the central peach. Condition Report Disclaimer

Condition Report: Very minor wear to the gilding to the rim of the vase but good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.

A late 19th century/early 20th century silver plated oil lamp with bulbous etched glass shade, cut glass reservoir and silver plated base modelled as a Grecian urn, on tapering square columns, height including chimney 86cm.Condition Report: The lamp is slightly leaning to one side, very minor rim chips to the shade, tarnishing and wear. The piece has been engraved and inscribed Ranger F.C Sports 1903, 120 yards flat handicap, won by R. MacIntyre.
Richard Godfrey (1949-2014); a modern studio art pottery combination of a trophy-shaped lidded vase on a rectangular pottery tray with chamfered corners, both decorated in bright yellows, purple Autumn leaves and chequered tile effect, height of vase approx. 29cm, handle to handle 32cm, the tray approx. 47 x 30cm, the tray indistinctly signed to the underside.Condition Report: There is a repair to one of the handles on the urn and one of the handles on the tray.
A Monumental German ting tang bracket clock by by Winterhalder & Hofmeier, early 20th century, the polished oak case with sarcophagus top having five gilt brass urn finials and applied floral bow swags, above an arched glazed door flanked by ram's head herms, over a moulded stepped square base with hairy paw feet, the brass dial with gilt applied arabesques, silvered dial with Roman and Arabic chapter ring and subsidiary pointers for fast/slow and chime/strike, eight day twin train movement, the back plate stamped by makers. A pitch pine breakfront bookcase in the Georgian taste, second half of the 20th century, the dentil cornice with urn finial and broken arch pediment over a Vitruvian scroll carved frieze, the case with four glazed doors enclosing nine adjustable shelves, above four fielded panelled doors, each opening to a shelf behind, raised on an egg and dart moulded skirted base.
